Impacted Services - Effective March 26, 2020, branch lobbies will be closed until further notice. Branch services are limited to drive-thru and ATM/ITM only. Appointments may be made for anyone who needs access to their Safe Deposit Box or needs additional assistance at 260.482.4343 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If using the email feature, please place the branch location you want to visit in the subject line. Please do not share any confidential or sensitive information in emails or voicemails.
In order to keep our members, staff, and the communities we serve safe, we’re acting in accordance with guidance from the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention and federal and state government.

Interactive Teller Machine and ATM access remains available at these locations for deposits, loan payments, account transfers, and exact change cash withdrawals. ProFed members have access to over 36,000 surcharge-free ATMs throughout our nationwide network

Protecting our Members, Staff & the Community
The following precautions are in place at all branch locations:
- In addition to regular daily cleaning, ProFed is cleaning and sanitizing common workspaces, equipment such as ATMs/ITMs and drive-thru deposit tubes throughout the day.
- All employees have been asked to wash hands frequently and to use hand sanitizer.
- Employees who are ill will be asked to stay at home.
- We’ll be practicing social distancing and refraining from handshakes during this critical time.
Additional precautions are being implemented to minimize the risk of spreading the virus within our community by:
- Allowing support staff to work from home whenever possible
- Postponing or canceling large employee gatherings and community events
- Eliminating non-critical meetings
