Open a Club Account with a $1.00 minimum deposit, save throughout the year, and the money will automatically transfer to the account and date of your choice. You can even set up automatic deposits so that you can set it and forget it. Christmas Club Accounts transfer on 11/1. Funds up to at least $250,000 are federally insured by the NCUA.
