You can enroll in ProFed Digital Banking online or through the app by selecting “Register Now.” You will need your account information and personal identification details to verify your membership.
Yes, ProFed Digital Banking includes person-to-person (P2P) payment features that allow you to securely send money to friends, family, or trusted individuals electronically.
To deposit a check, log into the ProFed Digital Banking app, select “Deposit Check", endorse the check properly, take photos of the front and back of the check, and then submit the deposit for processing. Mobile Deposit allows you to deposit checks securely without visiting a branch.
Yes, deposit limits may vary based on account history, account type, and member eligibility. And not to worry if your mobile deposit was rejected, deposits may be rejected because of: blurry or incomplete images, missing endorsement, duplicate deposits, exceeded limits, damaged check, or incorrect entry amount.
Bill Pay allows members to pay bills electronically through Digital Banking instead of mailing paper checks. You can schedule one-time or recurring payments for utilities, loans, credit cards, and other service providers.
Yes. Members can transfer funds between eligible ProFed accounts and linked accounts at other financial institutions through Digital Banking.
