A video teller (also called a VTM) looks like an ATM but connects you face-to-face with a live ProFed teller via video. You can complete more transactions than a traditional ATM allows, like making loan or credit card payments. A video teller is also going to have set hours, and outside of those hours, it can be used as an ATM.
Most ATMs limit daily cash withdrawals for security. At ProFed, the standard daily limit is $200. You can call or visit us if you need a temporary increase.
