The lobby is open daily, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. For additional convenience, you can drive up and access our Tonkel Road Video Tellers Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. If you can’t visit us in person, locate a surcharge-free ATM near you or access online and mobile banking 24/7.

At ProFed, we take community banking seriously. With homegrown roots, we prioritize getting involved with various non-profit organizations in our Fort Wayne community. From sponsoring Habitat for Humanity to the Run for Riley, Blue Jacket’s Fantasy of Lights, Camp Red Cedar, the Allen County Safety Fair, Purdue Fort Wayne, PBS, Downtown Fort Wayne, McMillen Health, Allen County Marketplace, Community Harvest Food Bank, the Illuminating Leo Walk through Holiday Light Display, and FWFC, you can always find us giving back to the communities that helped build us.

Since 1933, ProFed has grown to serve nine northeast Indiana counties: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells, and Whitley counties, with a total of 13 branch locations. Being a community charter credit union, anyone who lives, works, worships, regularly conducts business in, or volunteers in those nine counties may qualify for membership. As we continue to grow, our values remain the same, staying member-focused when serving our communities and offering the best banking services.
