The lobby is open for all your banking needs daily, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and Fridays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. For additional convenience, you can drive up and access our Video Tellers Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. At ProFed, we take community banking seriously. With homegrown roots, we prioritize getting involved with various non-profit organizations in our Bluffton community. From sponsoring Bluffton NOW! to the Kehoe Summer Concert Series, Parlor City Christmas, Bluffton Street Fair, Wells County Senior Citizen Expo, and the Chamber Golf Outing, you can always find us giving back to the communities that helped build us.

Since 1933, ProFed Credit Union has expanded to serve nine counties across northeast Indiana: Allen, DeKalb, Adams, Huntington, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Whitley, and Wells. With 13 convenient branches for banking and a community charter, our credit union welcomes those who live, work, worship, volunteer, or regularly conduct business in these counties. No matter how much we grow, our focus stays the same: supporting our members with trusted service and putting community first.
