How do I set up direct deposit with my employer, Social Security Administration, etc.?
All you need to provide is your ACH/MICR account number (not your member number) along with ProFed’s routing number. We can also provide you with a letter if needed. Stop by a branch or call 260-373-1633 to request a direct deposit letter.
Where can I find my ACH/MICR account number?
  • Log in to ProFed Digital Banking, select the account you need the information for, and then click on Share Details.
  • Your checking account number can also be located on your checks. It is the second set of numbers at the bottom of the check.
What is the difference between my member number and an ACH/MICR account number?
Your member number identifies your membership as a whole and can include multiple savings and checking shares, as well as loans. Each savings, checking, and loan has its own unique ACH/MICR account number. The ACH/MICR account number is what you need to use to set up direct deposit or automatic payments.
What are your hours?

Do you offer notary and medallion signature guarantee services?
Yes, we offer notary and medallion signature guarantee services to our members at each branch location.
What do I need to have for a wire transfer or what info do I need to give someone to wire money into my account?
You will need to provide your routing and full account number. If you are wiring out, you will need the wiring instructions for the receiving institution. Normally that consists of a routing and account number of where it is going to and how much it will be. If it is over $10,000 and you cannot come into the branch, contact the credit union for additional options.
