One of our highest priorities is the well-being and health of our members, staff, and the communities we serve. We are closely monitoring COVID-19 developments and the growing health concerns worldwide. ProFed will continue normal hours of operations at all locations until further notice. We are committed to you and want to remind you about all of the ways you can stay connected to your account anytime and anywhere.
How can you stay connected?
Online Banking: Visit profedcu.org/login to access your account from your computer, tablet or mobile device. Check account histories, transfer funds, make loan payments, pay bills and so much more. Click Register an Account to enroll.
Mobile Banking: Download the ProFed Online Mobile Banking App to access your accounts when you are on the go - anytime, anywhere through your mobile device or tablet. Use remote deposit capture to deposit your check.
ATM/VTM: Access your account and complete transactions from a convenient location at no charge. Find an ATM or VTM nearest you here.
Online Loan Applications: Loan applications online take as little as 20 minutes. It’s convenient, seamless, and a loan officer will contact you within 24-48 hours regarding your application. Apply online today!
Questions? Ask the Member Services Call Center: You can speak with a representative M-F from 8:30 AM – 7:30 PM at 260.373.1633 or 1.800.752.4613. Voice and secure chat assistance are available.
Visit a Branch: We will continue normal hours of operations at all branches until further notice. Our staff enjoys seeing you in our branches, however, we fully understand the preference of limiting your daily interactions.
